Everyone says CRST is bad?

Do you have a choice on per diem or just getting paid for the straight milage rate?

 

If the per diem does not work to the driver's benefit in terms of pay, then you won't be put on per diem. Otherwise they will put you on it. You can get off of it, but there is some hassle you have to deal with.

 

What kinda hassel ? Do they drag their feet so you'll just give up on the request?

 

You have to go through Payroll at corporate in Cedar Rapids I heard. Something of that nature. I just heard there was a little bit of legwork to do to get off Per Diem.

Im im sure things will be ok. If your a good trainer then it should be ok. If your a bad one, then it might not work out as well. Hopefully you will get some good students.
