Yes they get 35% that's the point .

 

I see now.. Didn't read that correctly the first time. True they get 35%. Myself, having some business back ground, that is typical operating cost and profit to keep the lights on sort of speak.

 

I was one of the first few on the choice program and thought it was awesome!!!! But I've moved on and the rates that i considered good at SNI I wouldn't even take now…..

After Trucking for a while Atrukr You will understand. I will never understand why a company who has 73% turnover rate wont try to fix the problems, They would rather keep hiring ,and hope they last ..not a smart company if you ask me ..maybe they rely on grads from 3 week schools to fall for the BS .

Can you guys post the rates out of Toronto Canada? I am thinking leasing on with Schneider but have a hard time getting the info on the rates and quantity of loads going from and in Canada? Thx
