always nice to find out the load you just repowered was due last week and now the cons is mad at you

 

And to make things worse! I get my next load assignment. Drop/hook trlr is supposed to be ready. I get here and the guard explains this trlr isn't due out till 1600 TOM OR ROW! Someone screwed up big time! Now after dropping my trlr and bobtailing outside the gate, I have to "check in every two hours" to see if they can "work me in"...I tell ya' It doesn't look good for me here!

EDIT: Last five loads I have filled out six detention forms

 

It'll probably get better soon. But I'd express my displeasure Firmly now, if I were you. We both know this company is large enough to fall thru the cracks. You've got more than enough time vested with Crete to command a review of the way you are being run.

 

I'd say I was about as firm as I get. But my calm and rational approach is sometimes misinterpreted The OPs mgr, after I apologized for venting at him, said: "I can sense your frustration. File for detention and hopefully things will work out for me"

 

You may need a "Designated Venter"! One not quite so "Calm or Rational"! I only apologized if I made them Cry!! hahaha

 

They ran me very well once I put my app in with next company. 9949 paid miles in 21 days. Might be time to send an app to GP.

 

When they tell me to check back every 2 hours, I check back the next day. I delivered my lazy load and now get a load that was ready for days, but I can't deliver on time legally. Oh we'll, it's like working for Kruger Industrial Smoothing.

 

Delivered my load this morning in Wilson, NC, then picked up another load of Iams dog food in Henderson, NC going to Publix Supermarkets DC in Dacula, GA for delivery at 10:00 AM tomorrow morning. Camping out at the FJ in Carnesville, GA for the night and going to make my delivery on time in the morning.

Man...that game last night was boring. One team just didn't show up. I bet they won't sell many DVDs of it. Half time was pretty good though.

 

They did the same thing when I was leaving. Not sure why they do that.

 

Maybe so you guys would have fond memories of Crete
