They tell you to scan that receipt (from the book) with the paperwork. -
Not your fault, but a fault of Swift for not compiling a decent manual to lay out the ground rules for you.
As you said, it was not thought out very well - or maybe at all!
They should have, at the very least, brought you all in for a proper Swift orientation. Too many of these problems would have been discussed in orientation. -

What is this about a lumper receipt book? I just use the receipt the customer gives me when empty.

Well in my opinion this transition has been nothing but a headache. I'm a company guy out of the Rochelle terminal, I make a little more than everyone else bc of the Midwest fleet. (There's no difference really, just stay around the snow belt and they pay us more) I'm not complaint about that though. What I am having problems with is the miles. I was running on average about 2500-2800 miles a week and bringing home a $600-$800 check. Well now with this new switch I'm looking at 1000-2000 miles a week and a $300-$500 a week check. I don't stay out for 3 weeks at a time to bring home that kind of money every week. I've got my eyes set on another company, just debating in the mean time!

"Don't move u don't don't have a load yet" as if they expect this driver to sit at a rest area for another two days.......
these words remind me of my year and a half hell with swift.....to the point I fired my dispatcher on my Qualcomm
