They give you a paper with hand drawn directions. If it's your first time going to that field they will call you into the office and they explain to you how to get there, what to look for, where not to turn and stuff. If there is a driver calling in for his next load they might send you together so you can follow him to the field. The directions on the paper are pretty easy to follow. You also have a company radio in the truck so you can call in anytime you need help.

 

see their ads on craigslist looking for another stepdeck driver. Tempted to head down to Dixon and see if just maybe I fit their hiring req. love their trucks

 

1 year exp? No you don't fit their requirements. They are going to all flats over time. Doubling fleet size this year.

 

It says they are looking for 1 year OTR flatbed exp. and I right now have 21 months OTR and 15 of it flatbed
