Suppport Thread for the TND 500, TND 700 or future Rand McNally products.

The POI for Bosselman/Pilot in Grand Island, NE (I-80 x 312) has an issue -- I think RM does not realize there is a gap in the median allowing you to turn left into the lot because it routes you on an ~8mile detour to make you approach from the other direction & turn right into the lot.


So from Omaha, it'll have you exit on the 332, 324, or 318 -- depending on settings -- rather than the 312.


It also has an erronious dirt road warning.

 

Going south on I-15 in Utah. I get on at the 272mm coming out of provo canyon. My 520 will show a right bend or turn 53 miles away at the 219mm, it even pops up the turn lane screen a mile out and shows me 3 lanes and indicates to me to be in the right two lanes. There are only two lanes there at all and no exit or any other roads. After this point it will show me the miles all the way to Barstow Ca, my end point is L.A.

Why does it do this there at the 219mm? My 510 never did that there, it did one closer to Vegas. I don't recall where exactly anymore. I just remember it wasn't the middle of nowhere Utah.

Someone stole my old 710, and my new 720 from my truck today. is there a away to track it if they plug it in to update it? Can it be red flagged if someone tries to use the stolen gps serial with the dock?
