Quick question about Werner Enterprises?

    I use to work for them and i quit i don't know how my flt mngr did the process i didn't get my last paycheck which was my bond money and 2 loads i didn't get paid for, when i call them i talked to payroll they told me that they keep the money because they didn't get pay for the load since i din't scan the paperwork, i did scan them and i was sure they went through, is that true the company is not going to get pay for the load if they didn't receive your paperwork or they are just playing games with me? what you think i can do to get that money?

    The signed BOL is proof of delivery. The customer will not pay without proof of delivery, so yes, that much is true. As to whether or not Werner received it when you scanned it, who knows? I don't know what scanning service Werner uses, but TransFlo will give you a receipt with a confirmation number that can be used to determine whether or not it went through. If you don't have the confirmation number, there is no way that I'm aware of to determine if they received it or if they're stealing your money.

    A lot of the smaller companies pays drivers long before they receive the paperwork.But mega companies,no paperwork,no pay.Maybe you should start making copies of the bills for things like this.I know I lost a bill I was suppose to put in the trip pack but because they didn't receive the bill,they got a free delivery out of me.
