North dakota and Minnesota outbound to various points into the southeast .oh pa nj. Also down into ok tx and up into the denver area and back up into north dakota and mn. And yes they do treat you well and fairly. Pay is performance based. Fleet has been updated in the last 2 years. Pretty soon oldest trucks will be 2010s. Over the road road fleet is all peterbuilts with apu fridges and inverters. They also run elogs but you can run plenty of miles if you learn how to manage your time efficiently. Overall great family owned company. Been here seven years.

Lessors is a pretty good company. Worked there for awhile. Lots of stuff going to front Royal VA, excellent equipment, nice people to work for.

What do you mean? I worked for both of them at one time. Hauled refrigerated, frozen, produce loads from many places, CA, FL, WI, TX, MO, etc to Tennessee. Both those companies have reefer divisions. YRC may have sold their reefer logistics divisions since then, I don't know.

Worked for a few reefer companies at the same terminal when they would sell out. Drivers always got a better deal with each name change. Worked for reefer division of TNT Logistics which was an offshoot of TNT Holland which is now USF Holland ,then Logix, then YRC (Yellow-Roadway Corporation) took over, then Cardinal/Greatwide took it from them; all reefer divisions and excellent money and benefits. The Holland and Yellow Freight drivers called us scabs since we were non-union. Cardinal/Greatwide asked me to stay during the transition, which I did, then I left for better pay and benefits with a tanker company.

Usually, with company that has "Logistics" in their name, you make more money, better benefits, and better home time.
