We are a team looking into companies too. We narrowed it down between US Xpress and Con-Way. Trying to compare the 2. So maybe you would like to look up Con-Way as well. They seem very similar to USX for teams. The thing we are liking about Con-Way is that there training is 1 on 1 rather than team style at USX. I would rather my trainer be next to me the entire time. Only thing is they pay a tad bit less than USX, but they pay practical miles instead of zipcode to zipcode. However USX is a "team" company. This decision is difficult. UGH.

Zachery listen.. if you want to waste time with these crap companies that give you the old 1 week out 1 day home crap then any company works. I promise you that team work is the same for most the big companies and most run the same lanes. What makes the difference is how much they pay you and how many miles they honestly give you.

if you guys want to drive for a company that gives you personal attention and unlimited miles then come work with us at prosport. These companies bus you to their home place because they are too cheap to spend on a flight. We fly all our new employees to chicago and get you your own hotel room. Orientation is 3 days and as soon as everything is taken care of we will send you to make money.

Also, unlike other companies that get you in there then do a background.. we do all that before we fly you out and when you are flown out then rest assured you are already guaranteed a job.

    Message me if interested.

For a company with 300 trucks having only 1 ripoff report complaint is bad? Laker man you are new to the industry just wait to see how much of your blood these so called big carriers drink from you.

dont say later that you werent offered a better alternative.

Second ask all the old school truckers out there that are with the best companies which pay drivers well and care for them... Ask how many of them have websites. Thats how people are fooled you look at their website and think wow these people are so rich they can afford such a nice website so its only a given they will pay me good . Wrong. They got rich by NOT paying drivers fair. Been there and done that.

Anyways Lakerized.. since you think Prosport is so bad since we have no website and all that good stuff.. man you know what.. help yourself to all those big companies you can get your hands on lol enjoy. Really enjoy. This company
is for people that come here to work and make money and take care of their families with the hard earned money they deserve not the scraps thrown to them after being away from home for weeks at a time like most companies do.

    All bluster, aren't ya?

Quality carriers don't have to advertise on Craig's List.

    Ta now.

Check out Roehl, your choice of pay plan, work 14 on 7 off or 7 on and 7 off or I believe it's 11-14 with 3 off I think. Newer trucks, family owned company. They got a driving course in Gary, IN that's almost a city block and it belongs to Roehl huge drop yard. I was there for 8 days of training in the class room and then up to 10 to 12 days with a trainer and your on your own. They flew me from Charlotte, NC to Chicago, Ill and a bus for about 45 minutes to the hotel. Nice hotel not motel, never paid for a meal during my 8 days of training. Good food from the restaurant's for lunch and dinner.
