    Id be willing to bet that US Xpress has more million mile drivers than you have trucks.

    The mention of a Chicago trucking company just sends chills down my spine. UG!!

    let me guess: 1099?

    Prosport doesn't sound bad based on what you said but the 1099 bull crap is a deal breaker for most people.

    I was one of those people that thought oh 1099 no way youre out to rip me off. After doing it my first year i can tell you ill never do w2 ever again unless i have no choice. If you find a good cpa that dies trucjers then you will realize how much more better the 1099 is.
    but like most people.. They are afraid to think anymore than they need to so just follow the crowds.

    US XPRESS was once upon a time what prosport is today and that is a company founded by drivers that treated drivers right and knew how to keep them happy. And im sure some years down the line they will become a money grubbing corporation like us xpress is today but till then i am here and ive yet to meet a trucker.. Not a steering wheel holder but a trucker that has come here and wasnt happy. Not a single one.

    That's such an obvious loophole that even I can spot it @ first glance.

    Not happy? Must be a steering wheel holder.
    Happy? Dude's a trucker!

    Silly recruiter... must be new to the job. Or aspiring to it.

    We've been at US Xpress for over a year now and what we've learned the key to sucuess at these mega carriers is to get on a dedicated account. That goes for whether your a team or SOLO driver. Most of them are drop & hook, little deadheading, little searching for an empty trailer, etc.

    bedwinner Thanks this.
