This is a list of companies you want to stay away from. You will never make money or see home. You're nothing but meat to them and will be treated accordingly.

Can't believe someone would even suggest one of these companies let alone eight. Oh My! lol

The name of the company you're looking for is 'Utopia Freight Lines', they primarily haul pixie dust between Dreamville and Fantasyland. GLHF.

I just realized maybe OP isn't trolling... well OP all I can say is we all paid our dues and you might be setting the bar just a tad bit high... Here's a list of demands that are somewhat more in touch with reality:

-Home at least twice a month.
    -Not forced to run illegal
    -30 to 35 cents per mile ($35,000/yr).
    -Won't trash your DAC
-Doesn't try to force fleece-purchase on rookies
    -Has ample freight.

Find a company like that and you'll do alright. That should be a tall enough order but this is doable. Once you have some time you'll get better options but even then I seriously doubt ANY of those options will cover everything on your list. This is a tough job. Even those of us who are paid well make a lot of sacrifices.

Well lets take a look at your demands

    +good cent pay/ per mile
-That one is not to bad depending on the company expect .30-.42 CPM
+ good health benefits (life, dental, life,401k vision, etc)
    - Not a bad thing to ask for
    + sign on bonus (Great)
    - Not going to happen for a newbie fresh out of school
    +Home time (mostly every week)
+family able to travel /with time to time
-Again each company is different as far as age limits and there are a lot of shippers/receivers that a passenger must be 18
    +no flatbeds
    + manual and automatics
+assigned truck or leave at the terminal (Negotiable)
    + team and solo drivers
    +local, decaded, regional running
    +No Canada or NYC
+trucks governor at 65 or higher
-With most of the starter companies you will be lucky to find one that goes 65mph
+good miles as a solo driver (at 2500mi or better)
+Teams 6000mi at least and good pay scale
+good training pay for those 4 to 6 weeks out
-$300-600 a week before taxes and deductions
    +No touch freight
+ trucks with latest technology and no camera in trucks
    +advance in company
+pay for downtime and even when you are empty (As long as your wheels is spinning)
-Most will pay for deadhead miles as far as sitting while being loaded or unloaded depends on the company and the customer. most won't pay detention until after a certain number of hours of sitting.
+ Not a company that require to cut my facial hair just to work for them...
    +pay Raises
    +vocation pay
+no paperwork or do i need paperwork?
-No paperwork usually means no paycheck.
If I forgot anything please add to help, thanks veterans drivers...

Looks about right. I'd go for Tyson as first choice. Apply with all of them on the list and then pick through the job offers.

Here is the thing with those do not go to companies. They may not work for someone else but in turn they could work out great for another person. Personally I drive from Prime and I have had no problems at all with them while others may have had issues. I make good money as they start you at .42CPM and I average about 2,500-3,000 miles a week. However the trucks are governed ( but I do t pay for the fuel either) and I am only home 4 days a month but that works for me where it may not for someone else.
