Well shaggy to be honest both my parents got nothing at all. NOTHING and they have to work till they are a 100. And well I do t want to end up lime that at all. I wanna enjoy my last years and spend every dime so my future kids get nothing LOL jk
im actually taking a gamble, I've applied to ABF as well, would rather take the less pay and a whole lot les stress. Also the new Line-haul-driver position that was voted in has me worrying about my job security ( thanks for voting yes....) even thinking about returning t YRC. yea I'm gonna hear it from everyone but the high amount of stress and poor working conditions we got aren't worth the higher pay. It reminds me of the way they treated us at conway
didnt know you and RR had space-book. Might have to add you clowns but I'm sure you'd somehow get me in trouble

If someone wants the OTR experience because they want to do it and try it then I say go for it. If someone is doing it just because they think they need it for local is what gets me annoyed. I never spent a day OTR. The most OTR I did was the layovers and long turns back at YRC

ACH you will like ABF, Yes sir it's less pay. not sure which shop will work out of, Everyday since i worked past and present was at least 8 hours. No grievances on management. super relaxed company. of course locations vary, but i'm glad back at abf and not red headed step child with truck manufacture logo purposely missing off the hood.

Lol at YRC I never had to file as well. ABF is under a similar contract with the NMFA. I've filed grievances quite often here though and most of the time it's a oh they can do that. I'll take the lesser pay and be treated like a human. I'm working g 13-14 hours a day on my current bid. Yea overtime is nice but too much is too much. I've asked to reduce my hours but all they say is we can't we need guys so you have to do it. Before I was doing 10 hours a day which was good for me. Everyone eh says just bank it all which I normally do but I do t need all the excess hours
