Yall quit fighting in my thread.

Anyway, 610ish mile day today... long day to say the least. Left home, picked up in Charlotte, delivered in VA, back to NC for the next pickup. I'll tell ya what there is no better way to make a bagel with cream cheese and some potato chips taste like a 3 course meal than to run all day long stopping only for dropping and hooking and squeezing in the 30 minute break while doing so.

Only surprise today was showing up expecting to find my 10,000lb relay only to hook up to it and watch my suspension gauge rocket up to 50lbs (I'm usually running about half that with my light loads) with the tandems slid all the way forward on the trailer. WTF? Slid the tandems back to see how it would shift the weight and it didn't do much, so looks like it was loaded pretty heavy in the front of the trailer.

So, for what I believe was the first time this year, I paid to scale a load at a CAT scale. Sure enough it was much much MUCH heavier than expected. But, nothing I could do, so why worry over it. Good news it was all legal.

At Greensboro drop yard tonight. Carlisle tomorrow!

Ok, thanks. I remembered reading that you lived near P&G but I couldn't remember what your truck looked like. Seeing how it was Monday morning, I thought you might have run in there to get take an empty out or snag an outbound load.

    My apologies.

    Continue on with the thread.
