Yes it's the Woodfield Inn. If you happen to come the rooms have dorm fridges and microwaves. You have to bring your own towels and such, they supply the toilet paper..lol. Its clean and the pool looks nice but haven't had a chance to go down there yet, to busy READING!! But I am having a good time here and learning a lot. Our instructors (Kevin and Dale) are a riot, really good people.

A room all to myself? I'll think I'm in heaven! No kids, pets, husband, housework...I might not make it to class. :biggrin_25525:

Yep all to yourself. But as far as cleaning goes, so far they just do the bare minimum everyday. Someone said they do one good cleaning a week, not sure?? Instructor said that they don't have towels because they were tired of replacing them all the time..not sure but sounds like a legit reason to me. Not to worry if you forget anything there is a Super Walmart just up the street.

Since I live in SC, I was wondering a couple of things about where I'd usually find myself driving and what fleet options I have.

On the Roehl jobs page where you put in the zip code, it gives me dry van, flatbed, and that's all I recall seeing.

Living in the SE, I hope to get to go elsewhere. Anybody know what's likely?

The CDL practice on this site is Good, but I found another site that I believe is better for the CDL practice, Go to 'TRUCKINGTRUTH.COM' but just study and take the tests online until you ace all of them and you won't have any problem when you go for your permit, I did this(studied on BOTH sites and did the practice tests for a couple weeks, when I went to the DMV I passed ALL of the tests(Class C, Class A, M1 for motorcycle, Airbrakes, Combination, Doubles/Triples, HazMat, Tankers) first try! Good Luck to you! (I was also Army 1975-76)
