Since you will be driving through 3 different time zones over the course of a week sometimes

I leave my watch on my home time, and change the truck dash clock to local time, since it's easy to change the hours.

My cell phone clock always stays on local time, which is handy if you don't remember what time zone the state is in.

And don't forget that Arizona doesn't observe daylight savings time, so it's on pacific time for half the year and mountain the other half.

I set my radio clock on yard time which is what I log since cell phones will change to local time. No matter where I'm at I always go by yard time since that's what we log and what are appt times are set by. It can be confusing at first and it is for me when I go home since I live in Central time but yard time is Eastern.
