Any info on Warren/flats ? I am finding very little info about them as far as reviews. From what I have found, one guy said they had excessive deadhead miles. Is this still the case--or does this apply only to certain areas?
How are loads dispatched? How many miles can one realistically get? What's it like to work for these guys? They pay like 65%...what's rates they are getting? I didn't find too much bad info except the excessive deadhead. I haven't ran into any of their drivers to ask.

    Thanks for post.
I have not been able to find any info on these guys. Only one report on ripoff report.....I can find no reviews or anything. I spoke with their recruiter, but, was really hoping someone might work for them. On their webpage, they show their running areas. It also has a load board. I am really interested in how it really works. Do you wait for long periods between loads? Is the DH really excessive? How many loads can their drivers realistically run a week? Is 2500 miles a week avg. or can you run more? I usually find more on my own, both good and bad. Thanks.

My husband and I are owner ops with Warren and we love it. We live in Covington GA, and we run from Augusta/Grovetown to Laredo, or up to IA, Il, WI. We're home almost every weekend. There can be some dead heading, but nothing major and they do pay to dead head on some loads. We are van and rarely choose loads over 20k, so we run light. And yes you can get over 2500 miles a week....Great Company...that's why you don't find reviews, a well kept secret in the day of the internet age...
