    Also, we are launching a financing program. While people will call it an L/P it is far different than typical L/P.

    First, everyone will have to have completed our business planning process. NO ONE AT MY COMPANY IS GOING TO SIGN A LEASE JUST BECAUSE THEY WANT TO. I need to be convinced they will succeed.


    Second, the truck is portable. While I am sure everyone will love running with F2F, some will find a better fit at another company and as long as the finance company (not F2F, the finance company 0 - separate companies) approves the company you can move.

    Third, these are newer trucks that you will own at the end of the lease. Because our business model is about money not miles (you can't cash miles) you will have a lot of life in the truck when the lease is completed.

    I get presented with dozens of opportunities and this is the only one recently that they math works. We are going to start with 50 trucks this year as a test.

    ok i just read this thread LOTS of good information. just a few questions that i didnt see addressed. how would the quallcom work if i purchase aan older mechanical truck(no ecm).

    We do not run Qualcomm. We are using the Big Road App. It runs on a smart phone or tablet.

    Right now we are using Quality. The company that is tied to Celadon. I am putting together a sample truck to post but need to get a couple contractual items completed.

    Also, what I liked about this relationship is if a driver is working they will support the driver if expensive repairs are needed. Plus we have a $75/hour labor rate, 10% above costs on parts and tractors getting annual inspection when they are in the shop.

    This is GREAT news! My wife and I will have completed our 1 year lease obligation with our current company on Sept. 6 and we were looking for a great place to go. I've been following the f2f story for some time but knew you needed a truck. When I read this morning that you were going to offer a lease purchase I called right away. Spoke to Ryan and he was very friendly and helpful. Application will be done online tomorrow! Thank you Bill!

    Does Farm2Fleet run flatbed and have opportunity to get fleet rates on bobtail, occupational accident insurance & etc.?

    i was going to fill out the application on the f2f website but i seen where i couldn't have more than one traffic citation in 3 years, i have 2 in the last 3 years. would that be a deal breaker? just curious....:biggrin_2558:

    First month with F2F a success.

    Picked first load july 14th.
    Finished with a delivery aug14th.

    Total top line freight bills collected---$27846.00--12409 miles loaded and DH.

    Run BigRoad logs...outstanding,imo.

    Sylectus makes check calls and POD's a breeze.

    Payroll paid ontime , no errors.

    beyond expectations.
