Received a envelop from shcneider on friday courtesy of USPS. Forget when I applied, it was a long time ago.
The brochure contains.
Something along these lines. but the numbers is correct
Holy heck, almost $200,000 a year. No wonder new folks get sucked into lease payments. -
What i regret, Providing the stupid recruiters with home/cell phone and address and them getting recycled information from former recruiters, thinking they can get someone in the seat with "some experience"
I won't bad mouth SNI. I will bad mouth lazy arse recruiters, probably worse then turnover drivers rate!

I would never work for Schneider or Werner as an O/O, that is just pure stupid! RRTS or Mercer sound good though. I hear Landstar is still good but not as good as the once were. I really like household goods but I'm too old for that anymore. The guys I've talked to on the road that are O/O for these bottom feeders say after all the payments for the truck, ins, fuel, etc are taken out, they end up with about as much as the company drivers. I'd say percentage pay is the way to go. I made crazy money as a bed bugger and I was paid a percentage of the load. Still my best paying job to this day and that was in 1999!!!
Shaggy Thanks this. -
Shaggy, forward me that brochure!!!! I am a total sucker for shiny brochures! That's what roped me into the military for eight years. I picked up a brochure and was like "look how f###### happy these dudes are working on aeroplanes! I could be that happy!"
My last idea didn't work out cause my recruiter shafted me. Ended up driving trucks in Iraq and Montufallos chasing me back home.
That brochure you mentioned sounds much more promising... Look at all those zeros! That could be me as an O/OShaggy Thanks this. -

Wel ell time for a rant. I sign up to run Saturday Linehaul. I call at 730 and they said 60% chance no work. Ok fine they will call back later. Close o 11 they call and say we got a Harrisburg run if you still want. Other guys aren't answering. So I decide to take it anyways. I'm a mile away from work my phone rings and they say never mind of don't have to do it, Harrisburg is taking it. So after I gave them a piece of NY attitude they say hold on. Then I get a meridan CT run which is half the miles of Harrisburg, but I didn't drive all the way over for nothing. I was home early enough so it worked out. Had to take the twin screw since it was a 40k van -
Anybody heard about the Union trying to get started at Conway?
Shaggy Thanks this. -
