I tracked a bit of mud and didn't clean it up once. It was the #3 senior guys tractor. He had some words with me the following work day :biggrin_2559:

I always leave the truck in better condition than I found it in. Unless it's a complete mess, I just clean my mess. Normally I have a 20 year old international (94). I could use a nicer truck, but nobody takes mine and it's always there when I come on, unless I have to use a different truck, then it's gone when I'm back

Forget where I posted it. Along the same lines " leave it better then i found it " The nancy boy veteran told desk jockeys, I flipped a radio station". But forgot to mention removed his mess.
Not a snitch and it's no big deal. Should of took pictures and whooped his arse for snitching about petty crap.( I'm still young, My CDL career would survive lol )

Jokes on that Pri madonna. No one helps him on P/D and we pretend to do other crap. Unloads his own trailer even at terminal. Dude just does not get direct comments or indirect. in his own world. It's bad when decades veterans say to stay away from him. always 1 person has to ruin something good.

He is not independent, Always ask for help. Which makes it funnier. This driver is a straight up #########.

I think he loves the challenge, The solo arrogance and crap attitude towards everyone is his fun. I'm gonna break him one day and enjoy a few beers with him. I think It's a shield, he loves the job but just likes to RANT and then kick his arse lol.

    Or

Maybe his family dislikes him also :biggrin_2559:

Our equipment is all junk! No one cares about it. I fuel up my truck after every run and I always have to fill up my truck before most every run as well!!! I'm really getting sick of YRC/Reddaway. It's still a good company but a really boring job for me. I want to get out on the open road in an ungoverned truck again. A truck that is my own.

I would love to hear that Conway voted in the union system wide!!! That would be the best news I could hear in the trucking industry right now! The second best news would be FXF doing it too! When I worked at FedEx the big man said he would shut the doors if the union was ever voted in. I used to just laugh! Then again I'm biased with Conway being a former CF driver. I hate Conway!

Yup, were hurting for line drivers. Loading purchase carriers like crazy out here cause we got no line drivers. Nobody wants to run nights with our equipment for .46cpm. Not appealing to Otr drivers or local drivers from other companies to want to run for us. Using Purchase carriers hurts our profit believe it or not.

If both vote it in that will make me happy as well. I know they all hate it. Btw you yrc junk is like Cadillacs to my companies junk. Majority of our trucks are late 90s and earls 2000s. Mines the 2nd oldest In the fleet being a 94. Nobody takes my truck so I usually don't have to fuel all the time. Guess it's a benefit of using a beater.

I know man, I can't believe what happened to YRC! What a joke the pay is here! I started at 38cpm at Reddaway, that's BS money. We have lots of line drivers down here but still lots of complaining too. They still sub out down here as well even though we have plenty of drivers.

But hey, it's still probably better than working for Buster Brown. I'll drive my junk and keep my lousy pay before working for Buster.
