    The turnover rate is ridiculous, I feel like happy employees stick around why cant companies just work hard to keep the employees happy.

    I talked to my transportation manager today he said he was happy for me wished me luck paid me for the day and allowed me to resign with out problem.

    Just got my shipping orders and orientation info from SNI. Pick up the car Saturday and hit the road around midnight Saturday.
    Anything you guys recommend i have with me. I have their list of items they want do i really need my laptop for class? And yes I read Jar-Heads orientation info.

    Are you company or IC ? IC needs laptop to learn how to book freight although you don't need it til Wednesday or Thursday

    I surely dont want to be on my smart phone attempting to book loads. I just have to decide on a more reliable internet solution i currently have sprint and im concerned ill have no service in some places
