Ok, here is the COMPLETE breakdown of fueling at JCT.

We get $0.05 rebate on our settlement for each gallon when we fuel at Loves, Pilot, or Flying J.
All OTHER companies, we get no discount.

We get 5 points on our Pilot and Flying J card for in store use. That comes from an agreement between Pilot and JCT.

Loves offers EVERYONE on planet Earth 1 point for every 500 gallons purchased up to 4 points. To get the 4 points, you must fuel more than 1500 the previous month.

All OTHER companies are 1 point.

Ok I know some people dont like to spend the money but i have found that scanning my loads and sending them in via my smartphone and the app i never have to worry if the load will be on my check. Also every week payroll sends a message to the truck with the loads we will be paid for. At this point if one is missing call them immediately and find out what happens that way it can be fixed before the check. I had trip pack lose a 3k mile load and it took them 4 days more before they found it, that is when i started scanning all my loads.

his first check two weeks ago there was not an issue everything was turned in and received. Last week was a negative check cuz he did the trip pack and they could not find the jobs. So he downloaded the trans flow app on his phone and so today he got confirmation of what his pay would be like tomorrow. and it gives me peace of mine for the fact he gets an e-mail confirmation from trans flow mobile to show his jobs that went through. But he really likes the co and has a new DM now he was on Keith's board for a few weeks. Said everyone real helpful new Dm is Richard. Hubby finished up a load in FL got a trip heading to Washington State. He put in home time for the 7th so they are working his way back home..

This does not sound like JCT issue. Something else is going on here. Perhaps trips aren't being turned in in time. I posted last week some helpful tips and procedures.

For payroll to mess up 2 weeks ina row and with the same driver sounds unlikely. Please go back and read that post. I'm sure it will clarify many questions.

Again, personal choice whether to scan or not. But keep this in mind. If you scan every trip, even at the $6 rate, that is around $600 a year.....and no, you will not get that back on your taxes. You'll get around $15- $20 in refund more.

What completely blows my mind here is that I've been using Trip-Pak for 14 years and all over this country and I can honestly say that they have NEVER lost one of my envelopes. I even used the T/A in Ontario, CA.

    But......It's YOUR money.

Thanks Steel Tiger, I personally think that dh might need some sort of coaching for I agree two weeks in a row sounds odd to me. I will try to speak to him tomarrow to make sure he understands the cut off dates and times and to advise to him to ask for help and reach out to folks if he's not sure. thanks for your help
