Do I need to send in reefer fuel receipts with my trip paks? Also, when exactly do settlements pay out? I heard something about Wednesday but I don't know if that's pay out day or just the day you find out how much your settlement is going to be. thx

No need to send in ANY receipts for fuel. The only exception is reefer fuel that you pay cash for or use an EFS check for. (For reimbursement purposes).

    Settlements come out on Wednesdays.

Funds are deposited on Thursdays, unless your bank holds funds for some odd reason.

470 miles driven today. 22k in the box. Average speed 55.6 mph (had cruise set at 57). Route CA-198 to CA-99 to CA-58 to I-40 to I-15. Average mpg according to QC (it reset at the beginning of load) was 8.3mpg. Very little to no wind.

I'm trying the 57mph speed again. Maybe this time it will stick with me.

Ok so i had a tire blow last week and had to have them bring me a new one out and had to get a new rim etc. Question is i see the total cost on my settlement but is there any way to see a break down of the costs? I asked settlements but they seemed confused and just kept repeating its on the settlement.

You don't have a copy of the invoice? Wouldn't the breakdown of charges be on that?

The invoice does not break down the cost. It just shows 1 tire 1 rim 3 hours of service. because it goes to the national account I was told i would receive a final statement but no one knows. Also when you get a good inspection how do I get paid for it? FYI 2gs for a rim tire and installation that hurt LOL

Call the JCT main line and dial to the operator. Tell her you would like to report a clean inspection. She will transfer you to the person you need. That person will give the fax number to fax the inspection to. They do what they have do with it and you get your $50 on your next pay period.
