the Internationals aren't any better and when I was there they only thought there were 2 truck makers. When Freighliner screwed with them, they went to International, when they had too many problems with them, they went back to Freightliner. I think they have a coin, heads is Freightliner, tails is International. When it's time to order trucks, they flip the coin.

Problem is they are buying the cheapest of the cheap trucks.
You get what you pay for.

I highly doubt if Crete bought a decked out Prostar or Cascadia, the ones with the 70" flat screen and the chrome spinners on all the wheels, massaging heated leather seats, etc.

yes, I highly doubt, the engine would be any more reliable

If you put lipstick on a pig.. it's still a pig.

I was referring to Crapcadias and Failstars needing to be tossed out for something of higher built quality.
    Say a KW or Peter.

I wonder how they put an automatic tire inflation system on a truck with drive axles...I've seen a few trucks with a set up that would work, but it had flexible air lines running from between the axles, arced around the spinning tire and mounted to the hubs, then another flex line split to the tire valves. Kinda looked dangerous to me....maybe he thought the tire monitoring system was an auto - inflation system.

Delivering a Kellogg's load in Tracy, CA tomorrow...first time there...do we usually pull a load back out of there?

Haven't checked my month yet....and won't need to check December. If all goes according to plan, December 23rd is it for me. Details to follow soon.

Now I've checked Octobers numbers....10,373, 5 days home. Had that one stinker week in there. November should be good as I'll only be home three days, then I'm rolling right up until 12/23.
