33 points for a false log and a female driver got 9 points for alcohol in her trk, does that seem fair?

    Hey...I'm over here!

Just having unopened alcohol in the truck is less a safety concern than falsifying a log would be my common-sense guess. Now- if the alcohol was opened that would be an entirely different ball game...

I suspect this chick will get fired once she gets back to the terminal.KB does not allow alcohol at all in the trks and warned ppl they'll get fired if caught.See my boyfriend works for kb transportation and hes at Tyson waiting for a trailer so hes reading the QUALCOMM.I thought kb was all on elogs.Dont know how this driver had a false log,kb should be watching that. They have a bad safety rating as it is.

Falsifying log is 7 points. If he got hit with 33 they found multiple violations on those logs.

and the lady with just 9 points for alcohol is lucky... could have been 5 points plus OOS for 2 more, for a total of 21.

    That's what I was thinken,Ray said that's all that's on the QUALCOMM..I thought 33 points was a bit steep.

When I was there safety was talked a lot but yet nothing ever got done,go figure.I had paper logs and never did the log dept look at the locals logs, just put them in the file. But if a driver gets a violation then they wake up.
