So Werner pays you 1500 a year tuition reimbursement at 750 two times a year. Covenant is 150 dollars every month equaling 1800. Not sure how Werner has a better one??? Also if you can't make 1600 in two weeks with Covenant than we need to figure out what's wrong because you should be able to match that amount most of the time.

    I'ma cummins Thanks this.

Also covenant pays you directly the reimbursement unless you specifically ask them to pay the loan.

Sorry I missed this question. It's W-2's with Covenant. The 700 guarantee is if you didn't run good miles that week and say for example that you only made 600 dollars. Then next weeks paycheck they would add the 100 dollars that they owed you. Insurance.....30 days for medical, 90 days for dental and vision and disability

    I'ma cummins Thanks this.

I get the minimum part. And cool with the insurance. But let's say when someone says you can average 850 a week for example. Does that mean cash in hand or before taxes?

Or even the 700 a week minimum. Does that mean after taxes 500 something?

Your money goal with Werner is way out in left field if you choose the OTR route.

Dude you're lucky I'm in a decent mood. I just scrolled through weeks of pay stubs because I only had to use that guarantee a couple of times. Taxes don't have nothing to so with it bro. Add your miles up for the week times it by your pay grade. If it is less than 700 then how ever much it is less is going to be added to your next paycheck. Your state and federal stuff will come out of the total gross paycheck like normal. That individual amount isn't taxed separately. If this doesn't answer your question you're gonna have to ask a recruiter bro because I'm tapped out. Oh and you better hit the thanks button on this post. I took some time out to research this answer lol

Lol. Thanks. I was just trying to get an idea of what I can look forward to having. Before or after taxes makes a big difference. Not to mention what will be taken out for insurance. All I see is average 800. Or average 900/week on different conpanies. I simply wanted to know is the figure everyone is using is before or after taxes. But I think we got it squared away.
Eta: from what I gather we are looking at these numbers before taxes.
