Been here 11 plus years now and I'm not going anywhere. A lot of the griping is legit but some positive changes have been made for the first time in years. The 3 years to top rate was a good move. I work the fewest amount of hours I can and I'll still make 70k this year on a short day line-haul run.

My base run takes 7 total hours first punch to last give or take 10 minutes. When it's up to me, I do that every day. A good day for this under achiever is pulling in the parking lot at 850 am and pulling back out at 410 pm. Normally they make me stay on the dock for about 2 hours when I get back killing my plan..lol.. I like 35 to 40 hours per week but I'm normally 45 to 50 right now.

Our day overachievers do between 95 and 105 and the night ones who have some long runs do between 100 and 115 a year. They push 14 hours every day or night which I have no interest in whatsoever. The top money guys will bump up quite a bit in January with the raise - the turned up trucks really help too.

    Maybe...

Gonna log onto that stupid thing before I bolt.

I have points they told me how many on the qc but I'm not actually in the fuel opp book at terminals. Wtf? Prob cause I never logged in.... They send me 5or 6 messages a week on how to do so or call this or that dbag.

I thought about taking pictures of the book and posting it on twitter from multiple/proxies xD
Hey look!!! Your employees identities online!!!!!!

....wish they would put photos of dispatchers planners and all office folks on the website along with their QC sig and what town they are from.

You know peoples real names in the book.....what other mega is stupid enough to do that.... Normally its id #'s

Of course at Conway you are more incognito as your name listed. Makes the FM's pull up the screen to get your name ;)

Got it done it 6.75 log time today. Punched to start hooking my set at 923 am and punched off from dropping out and fueling at 417 pm. They told me it was slow on the dock and I could go home so I ran out of the terminal like I was on fire. That was my kinda day!

I think it depends on where u work and who u are on how many hrs you get, when my brother in law was working the dock he'd put in 50-70 hrs aweek ,then it would slow down and he was lucky to barely get 40 in, he's been at OKC freight for almost 11yrs I think , he now does line haul mostly down to Abilene or up to Clarksville. If your ever in OKC just look for the big guy named Kevin.

I run between 300-400 an night, XCW XCN XIN and usually hit the dock at the FAC for the maximum time I can in order to make it home with the freight in a reasonable time. I just went to 20.02/ .46 but and still will make 70k this year. The upcoming pay raise is gonna change that for 2015 😃.

We have our issues but what company does not? I'm not gonna go anywhere 😄

The 3 years to top scale will really help you a lot - especially on line-haul.
