My slip seat driver recently quit, I'm thinking about taking his place on the day shift running pump loads. I'll make a lot more money doing that.

Good for you DrtyDiesel! I drove a heating oil straight truck for a few months some time ago. I never got used to the tank surge at stop lights and such. My first time on ice was another story by itself............darn truck wanted to keep inching forward after I set the brakes. I was wondering if it would ever stop. I have a lot of respect for you folks who do it in a semi.
