    I guess I'm behind the times, I just listen to the big CAT whine most of the time. Every once in a while I turn on a little bad Bob Seager or Marshall Tucker Band or something real similar.

    Exactly who is this Kevin Rutherford everybody hates. Heard the name a lot but never heard the guy speak

    Howard lost it years ago. I switched over to opie and anthony (now opie and jimmy) years ago. Every once in a while I'll catch a decent interview on stern these days, but for the most part his daily show is devoid of laughs.

    i'm not familiar with Howard stern, but I know he has a huge fan-club. as somebody who likes talk radio I have wondered this

    does he take himself serious? I can't imagine that he does.

    I don't mean that negativly, I mean that as a huge compliment. he's been himself and has been so successful at it, minus the fact he pissed everyone off, yet has all these relationships with these same networks who fired him.

    There are things he takes very seriously....but when it comes to gossiping, he likes to stir the pot and is willing to mix it up with anybody. He definitely dosen't have the same edge he had a few years ago, but hey he's in his sixties now and he's mellowing.

    The Spectrum. E Street Radio. Willie's Roadhouse. The Coffee Shop. Occasionally Outlaw Country. Either Classic Rock station when surfing for music.
    Radio Classics.
    HLN's Forensic Files.
    Coast to Coast AM if I'm up and running at that hour.
    Both NPR's.
    Fox News sometimes.
    BBC sometimes.
    CNN once in a while.
    Royals baseball in the summer.
    The Road Dog. Not sure what the big deal is. I like it, but don't always listen to it because I don't want to feel obsessed and overwhelmed by this industry. Same reason I don't do much on these forums. Gotta prevent burn-out.
    Spa, Chill, or Symphony Hall after a stressful day when I'm laying down to sleep.
