Thanks red. Any idea why recruiters turn anti social? Been trying to reach mine had not returns a call or email to me since I submitted my app. Had a couple things I wanted to discuss with him.

They aren't really anti-social. They all deal with a LOT of apps every single working day. They also, at times, deal with a bit of backend work when those in orientation fill out their paper apps (that's when you get the chance to reveal anything you may have ommitted via the much shorter online app). Have patience; call them once, maybe, twice per day; no matter how frustrated you become, always remain kind and calm as if its the first time you've called. Make sure to leave messages WITH your name AND phone number each time. Someone may share the same name as you. This includes emails , since they also deal with I queries before apps are placed. All that within a very limited amount of time per day.

They are not intentionally ignoring you, rest assured. They just have a lot to do. A LOT!

I sat behind a recruiter and watched while she took care of some niggling things on my application for an hour or so. And about 35 other applicants stuff. And her phone. And coordinating with other company employees on a range of issues.

    I was impressed.

And this from a guy who understands what an air traffic controller does.

I probably am thinking about the combined numbers, but that's because I will always get all of those things and the total cost is what matters to me. I am working off of rough estimates from memory as I mentioned. Thanks for giving a bit more detailed answer since you actually have the insurance through Prime. Looks like I wasn't too far off.

Oh, yeah. They work hard for sure. If you really listen to them over the phone, you can kinda hear the covered-up stress. I respect those folks immensely.
