I've been looking into it for a couple of weeks now, I'm going to take my time and do my due diligence in hopes of landing in as good a situation as can be had. There are still lots of companies hiring and with my experience I expect I'll probably mostly have my choice of where I want to go. Trying to decide if I want to go hourly or commission right now, seems like commission is more susceptible to rate cuts than hourly. I'm surprised how many companies still pay hourly rates.
