Mine does ok at 1100rpm. As long as the load isn't too heavy and not a lot of pulls. She really likes about 1200rpm. The mpg difference isn't much between the two. It was only about .2 to .3 better at 1100rpm. 1100rpm is 57mph and 1200rpm is 62mph on my truck.

She seems like she is almost lugging at 1100. And at 1200 she pulls a hell of lot better.

Low 1200's seems to be the spot. With my rear ends that puts me around 55 -58 m.p.h. I'm am currently getting 8.18 MPG for the year.

My above post states that I'm getting 8.18 MPG. It will drop some with the completion of this load.

What started out as a FANTASTIC trip from Delano, CA to Sapulpa with 40k in the box, quickly turned to B.S. yesterday.
From CA to Santa Rosa, NM, I was getting 9.4 MPG. Then the winds kicked up. 30+ m.p.h. winds from the ENE. Struggling to get 7.0 today in TX and Oklahoma.

They can't all be great I guess. Lol

Same happened to my along I-40 across NM. High winds from WNW. Pulled out 7.0mpg across NM. Winds didn't die down til I hit Arizona.

Made the first stop in Phoenix yesterday morning at Americold. They took 35k off there and now get to run with only 5.5k of product over to the Wal-Mart in Riverside, CA. So, hopefully, they won't take forever to unload the three pallets.

Anyone know if JCT has a washout account at the Truck Tub (?) at CA-60 and Etiwanda there in Riverside?

Well, this sucks. Just lost my preplan for my load home thanks to the Wal-Mart here in Riverside, CA. They only have to unload 3 pallets. Three! And they are holding true to their we have until 4 hrs past your appt time to get you unloaded. 3 pallets. Just 3. Its not like I brought them a whole truck load.

    Aminal Thanks this.

Sometimes it's faster to do it yourself and make a quick $50.

Just wanted to give a shout out to JCT for the great dinner and movie tickets last night. We didn't make the movie cuz dinner took too long, but the gift card doesn't expire.

What great people they have here
