As mark said, there is spring action. But it's very hard to do with your finger. Grab a pen, that has the pen part retracted in, and the small circle should be small enough to push it in, or push it enough to release it(spring it out).

Just as i suspected...after the updates are released Mark will have his hands full walking everyone through the process...

luckily i have 2 720 units and will experiment with one and save the other for a rainy day...

 

The dock downloads the new maps just fine, but when it goes to transfer to the device, right before it finishes, it gives a message that it's unable to complete the transfer. I put in a 16gb class 10 micro sd card. Anyone else having the same issue?

Did what you said and re-tried 4 times and still getting "Transfer Failed".

 

That hasn't worked so far in the dozen or so times I've tried it. But thanks for the suggestion.

 

Very strange today .... my 730 does not recognize I-49 in Louisiana, I was running Texarkana, AR down to Minden, Louisiana and it only validated 71 down to 220 to I-20. Why is this part of I-49 not on the map on this unit ?
