I am sorry, That made me laugh hard......I am more of an open minded Pantheist by way of science(means I am not superstitious) and only because I have to take a title. I love different cultures and religion though and look at the stories from an allegorical view rather than hard fact. I do not conclude since I have incomplete evidence. I understand that statement though completely since allot of people are looking for an escape from reality by means of faith. That is the funniest darn thing to see while searching this forum. Please keep thinking for us! ;)

Hell, monkey meat is not so bad in the beginning, everyone says you have to have your own truck if you want the bucks and freedom.

I went with these clowns to see for myself. they offered me a $7500 sign on bonus, unheard of and un necessary if you pay your drivers well and treat them decent. I could only stand the bullcrap 6/7 months and I had enough. in that time I grossed 15,800 and 4900 of that was in the form of bonuses. so do the math and ask yourself: did you spend $3500-6000 and spend a month in school to get a job that keeps you away from home and pays less than minimum wage? (when you consider the hours you log) I honestly do not understand how they got this big or keep ##### in seats

Easy, they get rid of the weak and keep the drivers who understand the law, the log, and time. I honestly thought I would gross 30,000 my first year. But it's over 50,000+ trucking isn't your normal 9-5 jobs. You get paid as hard as you work. Don't feel like working 11 hrs a day? Well then don't complaint

you probably drive a desk. when your given a 350 mile run with a full clock and the appointment is 26 hours out, you don't make money or get miles. and live loads at each end :biggrin_25512:

Hey there keepa. Just a reminder, and not making any direct accusations here, but keep in mind that these big trucking companies patrol these forums and some have employed paid "trolls" to purposely plant misinformation to keep as many people as ignorant as possible.
Don't let them get to you and keep up the good work. Keep spreading the word.
    You are not alone!

Of course, you have it all figured out.

I must be a paid troll as well because I enjoyed my time with Schneider Bulk.

Gotta love these "paid trolls" and "such and such must be a recruiter" just because you actually know how to run legal, know how to communicate with your DBL, know how to trip plan, know how to route yourself efficiently, know how to maximize your hours, be willing to run wherever the freight flows. I grossed 48 k by the end of October of last year before I left to go work for a local tanker company. I had only been with SNI a year and a half. It wasn't all fun and gamess, but I made it work for me and it took several month to get experience to understand and make SNI rules and policies work for me, but it happened.
Pay attention, learn, be patient and focus on becoming a better driver. It pays off

I had the same formula, never had a problem with Schneider. I made good money while I was there.

Everyone has to start somewhere, pumpkin express seems to be a good start, better than a few other mega fleets I think, they seem to have alot of silly rules but if a guy has some patients and is willing to smile & be a sport, why not get your experience in at this outfit, at least we don't hear about them stealing your $,... Just getting little pay checks😎
