It is normally considered to be the job of the company you are at to have docks cleared so trucks can pull in and out. So they should be the ones paying for a tow. Not you or your company. If they refuse then your company is to call the tow, then send the bill to the shipper/ receiver you are at. Again, not your issue unless you are an owner op on your own, in which case you bill them.

Try pouring BLEACH on the tires. Good old clorox or any other brand. let it sit for few minutes, then try it. Nascar crew chiefs bleach tires on the qualifying runs they stick better... Any grocery store has bleach.
