Had to drive to Michigan to get out of the snow. Go figure.

My father's side is from Bridgeport, my mother's side is from Brighton Park and I grew up near Midway Airport, more the southwest side. The Redhead.

The Redhead. my Grandmother was a waitress at David's on Halsted all her life, waiting on cops mostly, my Dad went to St. Gabes, my Mom went to Five Holy Martyrs. My dad went to jail for throwing whole bologna's off the top of meat factories in the Back of Yards. Small world. It's fun to hear all those old places again :).

It was snowing pretty steady to Toledo early am. I started about 100 miles east of Toledo. Once I jumped of the turnpike and got into Michigan it cleared up.

Nothing major nor just a nuisance.

especially the part where 3 snow plows decided to run together in all 3 lanes bringing traffic to a crawl. That really makes no sense to me
