No doubt got caught behind a set of them about 30 miles after the 76 80 split.
Just caused a hugh traffic mess about 20 miles could not get ######### from thinking because their truck would fit between me and the one in front that they needed to squeeze in there.
And some wonder why we get 30 car pile ups noone will allow one to maintain a safe distance. One mess up and it would have been a total mess cars less than 1 car length trucks with less than a 1/2 truck.
I dont mind slowing down and what not but let me roll steady and keep some stopping room.

It was mind boggling to me that they would do that. Went from having the whole road to myself to one giant cluster. Least they could do is space themselves out so we can could still run spread out....I know...I know...that would demand common sense. Didnt help that Prime was THAT GUY. The one who keeps changing lanes thinking he's gonna get to the front faster.

Too funny. Probably not since you were further back. I ran into as I hit the Toledo area.

Good news for me. My reload is out of the same place I delivered. Supposed to be a preload ready tomorrow at 1300. When I checked to see if it was ready early since it's the weekend the shipper told me no but if you have the hours to spare than grab an empty and I'll have you loaded in about 2 hours.

    Done

Parked for the night at the J in Milton PA on I80. Wasn't too bad headed west out of Elizabeth NJ. A few accidents, some slick hills but pretty good. A lot of plows out in NJ and PA.
went in to shower and decieded to eat at the restaurant. I usually eat in the truck...but needed an hr or two out of the truck. While I was inside, the snow really started coming down. Another 2 inches and still coming down hard.
I'll let them plows do their job and get back at it in the AM! Maybe even sleep past my normal wake up of 5... May wait for daylight... Makes judging those hills easier....
