    I've always loved that term. Right to "work". It's funny to me that the people in the "Right to Work" aka right to be treated like garbage states are the same ones that don't like Unions, you'd think it would be the complete oppisite! I guess it's brainwashing at it's finest.

    That's because "right to work" has everything to do with whether the states allow employees to decide if they want to join a union or not....

    "At-Will" means that you can be terminated/or quit for anything (almost).
