I am a current driver here. Been here 3 years. They are an excellent company, with top of the line equipment. Base pay could be a bit better, but the bonuses are consistent and paid in full. Pre planned long runs, usually 1200 miles or better. 65 mph trucks, with a 70 mph passing gear. Sattelite TV and radio in all trucks. I've been driving for 22 years, and they are the best OTR company, I've ever worked for. There is a down side. You really have to stay out long periods of time, to get the mileage bonus. If you want to be home every four weeks or less, I do not recommend them. Longer? There is no better. APU's on all trucks, on board scales, new trailers, cross fire tire nozzles, centramatics on all axles, refrigerator, o/op spec, full gauges, dual power windows, side bunk windows, on all trucks. Some trailers also have digital scales. We haul a lot of ice cream out of Vermont, going to Las Vegas. All in, with bonuses, apx.40 cpm. About..50k per year.
