i guess you didn't get the big words in the link don't forget there are cartoon video's that will help you...
http://www.wikihow.com/Merge-Onto-th...thout-Crashing
I want you to show me where I said that you don't have to stop on an on ramp if it's not safe to merge. If you're going to try and insult me over something. You might want to make sure that it was actually posted, or it may look like you have issues with reading comprehension. -
you keep bringing up this courtesy thing, to me that is the same as saying that if you are not polite to move, then you must be unprofessional
you said that one isn't being courtesy.......for not moving over, and called me out as not being professional....again I will repeat and say why would one say that the driver merging wasn't being courtesy by stopping for the yield sign......it would seem to me not in op's video as clearly prime had the lead.....but if prime didn't have the lead then the courtesy thing for the driver to do would be to STOP.
just because you want to use semantics on wording the wording is the same. Now if you were to come out and say that the driver merging should have shown some courtesy for the flow of traffic, then obviously, in order for the driver to do that he would have had to STOP.
unless you didn't mean the word courtesy in the context that you used it in....
but we would have to agree that there is a loss of people being nice, polite, and willing to do the right thing for a fellow driver..... You don't know how many times I get yelled at or honked at etc... for trying to help a fellow driver out...happened the other day guy was blindside backing into a dock off a street I was going the other direction...I seen what he was doing and stopped set my brakes and held traffic back for him....only for the driver to get out and throw a fit and wave me on.....
so truly one cannot win when trying to do the right thing.
does this make it more clear? -
Stop! Read my big text and you will be rewarded with boobies!
Lowa3468 Thanks this. -
it doesn't revert back to anything, and has nothing to do with courtesy, and whatever else was contained in your ramblings. I'm so stupid, that I need cartoons to help me learn how to merge, remember?
now, show me where I said that you don't have to stop on a ramp if it's not safe to merge. You can just give a post number. I assume you've seen it somewhere, since you posted "you said it yourself". No need to ramble on endlessly for a few paragraphs without proving a point. Show me where I posted something that essentially says I have no idea who has the right of way. -
And to the OP. Heard anything from Marten yet? Have you thought of sending the video to Primes safety dept and seeing if they can get it to the right people at Marten?
