    I do indeed have a thread: http://www.thetruckersreport.com/tr...ess/276721-my-new-final-resting-place-17.html

But I also have fond feelings for the trials and tribulations of other former-GTI drivers, too. It's going well enough here, though I really must remember to Transflo the paperwork in if I plan on getting paid...!

Loading out of Canby and Silverton, OR for New Hope PA. Not bad, 3071 miles plus an extra stop. Last trip was 2747 with 3 stops. Doing what we do best, lol. Gonna run 84 to 80 across then looks like down the PA Pike to PA's version of San Francisco.

DenaliDad and Weeble Kneeble Thank this.

And me? I get good mileage runs attached to 3-4 hour wait at the end for a preplan. Hard to make good money like that...

I wouldnt call it a "pre"plan if you have to wait on it....

Sounds more like a " NOT QUITE YET PLANNED PRE PLAN "

New Hope by the creek is more like Carmel by the Sea........

Grabbed a long run to keep me outa trouble this weekend. Snagged the first pick in Tracy, Ca this morning. Grabbing the second pick in Mira Loma tomorrow morning. Then 2400 miles or so to Morgantown WV area for a drop and hook Monday night. Time to look for loads heading back west that pick up Tuesday...

my only memory of New Hope
there is a rehab there for drunks and addicts
i brought a guy over there once and they said he wasnt in bad enough shape to sign in to the dry out side
and he would have to wait 3 days for a regular bed
Took him down to the liquor store a couple of pints later they took him :biggrin_2554:

popcorn169, joseph1135 and Arkansas Thank this.
