I agree that the white is harsh. Also, for me anyway, the lack a darker line or box separating individual posts and the lack color separation between what I quote and what I type makes it difficult to read.

Edited to add that the default skin is a bit better, but still, there needs to be more definition between the individual posts. A darker outline would be nice.

 

Is there a way to increase the number of posts per page? 10 posts per page is annoying. Last software gave the option of 40 per page.

 

I'm sure we take for granted what goes on behind the scenes at TTR. Sadly, I'm a complete doofus when it comes to computers, and right now, I'm totally lost, and I'm sure I'm not the only one. One of my biggest pet-peeves on the internet is when a format changes. Best of luck, guess I'll be 10-10, on the side, for a while.

 

Poor update to website. The quote function is now more complicated, why did you folks do such a thing?

 

I just got on and found an alert that says "SomeBody Likes You" and "Seriously Likeable". I tried clicking on them but no info. God I hope it's a girl with big breasteses.

 

Test post. Oh ####, I can't see what I'm writing. I'm glad you're back up and running. I was starting to have withdrawals. This took me several minutes to write. Sad but true.

 

Ya did good! Being an ex software engineer I know how big the task can be. I can't find anything in my settings I need to update or change.

 

Just a note for people. A cool feature is being able to pull someone into a thread that's not currently in it. Just put an @ sign in front of a user name and it will give you a list of members that start with those characters. They will then get an alert that someone has tagged them. Like this.

Don't pizz off @bullhaulerswife or she gets wicked mad.

 

one thing I found usefull on the old version that is missing from this version is a last post button on a thread within a subforum.

 

Here's another handy tidbit. If you right click on your bookmark then properties you can change the pointer to this. It will bring you to the new posts page instead of loading the main page then new posts page.
