Crete Carrier - A Year In Review - Fall 2013 Going Forward

Spent the night at Salt Lake terminal. First time here and don't know the secret code to open the gate so I can go make my delivery. I tend to avoid places that don't trust their " most valuable asset" to have access to indoor plumbing outside of business hours.

 

I'm jealous. (About the being in Utah, not the crapping along the fence part)

I wasn't in a hurry, just don't like being locked both in and out.
The views out in this part of the country really are awesome.

 

Typical week here, 4 days at home, a 420 mile trip, 2 days to get a B service, a 1050 mile load to a place with no empties, maybe Tuesday I can get something.
And instead of paying to park at a TA 20 miles away, I opted for the Pilot 60 miles away.

I like the new Risk Management Department idea, I tried to listen to a Risk Management audiobook on tape, but it was almost in my own voice.

Did anyone else get the message about alcohol in the truck?

I hear ya... Miles haven't been bad this time out for me. Just been enjoying my sirius radio and driving.
