What the heck, It's Sterling, CO, I found the place last year, I'm bobtailing this trip, from North Platte to Brighton, but there's plenty of room for a trailer here too.
Great people and that #### cat print.....

I've stopped at the truck stop in Crook, a few miles away, a few times. Course, there's a positively gorgeous freckled, greenish-brown eyed brunette there as a waitress, or at least there was.... That's a huuuuuuge weakness of mine.

But anyway, I'm gonna check that place out next time I go through. I love small towns like that more than you could ever know.

I set the Gps for the "bottoms up tap" bar on Front Street, but this town is so truck friendly, you can drive and park on most any street. And we have a customer in here too.
They have a 5 film movie theater nearby, all 5 films start at 7:00, lol

Where are all the Crete drivers at? Nobody has posted all week. I managed 2500 miles in the last 7 days, and did a 34 while my truck was in the shop. I'm okay with that, but the weekend isn't starting as well.

On a 1380 mile load that I can drop at Consignee in Liverpool, NY. Should get there around noon Sunday. Did 3477 on my 1st 70 coming off hometime. Will be just under 2000 when I deliver Sunday 3.5 days into my 2nd 70. I haven't been allowed to run this strong in a while.

Logging 11 hour days is where we're at. After I deliver Monday, I'll need another reset.
A fellow Cretin did twist my arm to walk next door tonight, It was good talking to him. But I need to run hard this weekend.

Looks like the mileage is still up and down at Crete. I still watch the thread but am so glad to be local now. Steady paychecks are the way for me.

Finished with 3350 miles on 8 days. Need another reset but got a 400 miler that fits my 3.5 hr recap and 8 hr tonight so I get to keep running while my recap is about to be 10 hrs a nite for the next 6 days so should be another good week. Day Dispatch has been doing well and keeping me running. Miles have been here for me.

I've been running good til I have to deliver on weekends or get low on hours. Been tracking those two events as keeping me from being more productive for several months.
