Plus Carlisle Kenworth screwed up my truck.. pull off their driveway with fuel spraying everywhere.

Between Carlisle screwing up my truck and this BS all in all it cost me two weeks of not working and paying for motels.

 

Yes but I really had no issue with my truck.
I brought it in just for a B service and change the oil on the APU.
At the last second I brought up that I had a check engine light that came on and went off.
They said it was because I had "weak fuel pumps" and they changed them.
What they didn't tell me is that they don't know what they're doing lol.
First day of work I had fuel spraying everywhere... from within the engine, back of the cab and even made it to the trailer dolly hand. Fuel everywhere!
Then my clutch somehow started failing on me the same day so then yeah had to go back to a dealer.
Waiting around forever but it looks like Eaton is going to pay for the failed clutch.

 

Before I came here getting an idea of real life numbers, what loads/lanes pay etc etc at Schneider was a little difficult. There just wasn't that much specific info out there..
Anyways I just saw this video of another IC sharing their story and numbers.. it might be help to some out there.

 

I hope to hit back on the road tomorrow.
I'm currently 35 miles west of allentown, pa and my goal is the find a way west past Pittsburgh for $1.40+ all miles. There was multiple avenues to do so today including getting to Chicago area for around $1.60 all miles BUT I missed out on all that because my truck wasn't ready. I really do not want to be stuck in this region over the weekend.
