Well we don't have 130 drivers but are close to that number. If you are over 250 miles away they prefer you to arrive early and take a 10 break before starting work. Walmart pays for a motel for you.

Hi everyone. I just got home from my pre trip/ driving test. What an experience. The entire day was great. My stomach has been tied in a knot for days I haven't slept well and haven't ate. I took your guys advice about showing up at 6:30 to check in and the welcoming feeling I got was overwhelming. I visited with a few guys and one of them told me he heard the pre trip was hard and a number of guys didn't make it passed that. So if I wasn't feeling good before I'm telling you it was worse. They finally come and got me, I did some paperwork, talked a little, I asked a lot of questions, then came the pre trip. He was a guy with a very dry sense of humor. Which I found out I was wrong. He said I had a half-hour on the pre trip. I started slow but then I was on a roll touching feeling pointing and talking. When I said I was done he looked at me and smiled and showed me his stop watch (30 min 34 sec) and said very good job. Then we went for a drive, talked about motorcycles and the rest of the day went great. I also did a drug screen today did a physical and talked to more drivers. I can't wait to hear back and all the butterflies are gone. Sorry this is so long but to excited to keep it to myself. Thanks to all and I'll keep in touch.
