Who do you haul crude for now?

What town do you live in? Yes, there is still crude to be hauled. Yes, companies are hiring. If you give me a location I can point you in the right direction to who the player in the general area is.

By Maysville and linsey area. I see mission petroleum and frontier running ads. With these oil prices I'm just trying to make sure their still lots of loads.

Players in your area are Plains and Enterprise.

Plains just put in a huge terminal in Lindsay ... they have the contract to haul continentals oil for the foreseeable future. Drop by their office.

Enterprise is hiring for the Maysville terminal (I worked for them last year before I moved "home" to AZ because of family medical issues ... and was out of Cyril (Cyril terminal hires for Cyril, Binger, and Maysville if you want to drop by there), hauled lots of oil from your home area.

Plains is commission based, Enterprise is now hourly... both have awesome benefits. They would be my top 2 choices since in your area they own the pipelines and will always have oil to haul.

CoffeeVille Resources CVR out of Winnewood hires and pays hourly, but I do not know if they domicile any trucks in Lindsay/Maysville. Connect would be low on the list because their pay is crap compared to the aforementioned companies

Frontier, Mission, Allan Ritchey, QC, Blue Knight ... are all contractors. They bounce between contracts with companies that own the pipelines to transport oil like Enterprise and Plains. If you work for a contractor of one of the main companies ... and then try to move over to a main co, they will not touch you due to conflict of interest.

Alan Ritchey is not hauling crude anymore. They sold their trucks and trailers to Kimrad/BCT about 8 months ago.

I stopped hauling crude July of last year .... so that sounds totally plausible :D

Still know and talk to guys at Plains and Enterprise weekly (From Cyril, Chickasha, Tuttle, Maysville, and Bowie TX). Enterprise's Oklahoma trucking and pipeline (minus the tank farm at Cushing) is up for sale. Enterprise bought out Teppco, now its going to be something else ... benefits and pay carried over last time. It probably will again.

thanks. I just put in a app with enterprise and now we'll have to wait. They seem pretty picky. Plains doesn't have Cyril on their hiring area yet. Hopefully they'll go on a hiring blitz. Worse comes to worse I might just go with a 3rd party. It would be nice if oil prices shot up. Was hauling crude in Permian basin but..Midland was just way to expensive.
