CRST lies on DAC report

well I've been lurking here on TTR for over a year and one thing I have learned is you never tell a messed up company like them your gonna quit till after you get back home. After all why would they want to get you home after calling it quits ? Find yourself a real company. That way if you don't like it you can give a 2 week notice and not be taken advantage of.

 

Let me show you why you're in the predicament you're in.

1. With 15 years experience, you went to CRST. You knew better and if you didn't, I would really have to wonder if you really have 15 years out here.

2. You "cussed" out the people at the job you should have never been at. You never ever do that.

I don't care how bad things get, you have to be a professional at all times. You know why? Because they've got you by the balls. No matter what. Your new company would have understood if you couldn't make it because you were trying to get out of CRST. They've probably dealt with it before.

 

Did they lie? Or did you leave something out?

 

Ain't a lie if company policy states unprofessional(it's like porn, you know it when you see it)language is used. My policy vio was for abusive or threatening language. Rub dirt on it and get back out there. Lots o stinky seats to sit in out there.

 

Not enough to keep them from buying new trucks. Saw 6 new crapcadias piggybacked 3 and 3 heading up 77 out of the factory today. Remarked to myself as they went by it's a shame that's the best those trucks will ever look going up the road lol
