If you had a lawyer(s) first or maybe second thing they would tell you is don't post anything on social media regarding what happened.

If i wasn't driving trucks i would be a lawyer myself. You just can't wrong your truckers like that.

So u just said they fired you? But before u said that you quit under load that didnt pick up for 24 hours. CRST is a FORCED dispatch u dont have to commit cuz they force u to take loads or they will fire you. Your missing a lot of the story here. CRST is a starting company anyone with exp would not work for them..

CRST is a funny company, when i was with them, they kept my DAC report spotless for their insurance. No problem on the first 18 months, now they told my new company that i had two non-recordable incidents but they won't release what it was. From March -may the only thing i remember happening was two flat tires on the trailer, two hinges on a trailer that had to be fixed, and getting lost due to a road closure and due to the lack of information on the detour i ended up getting stuck on a muddy dirt road on indian land. If you cost them money and you don't stick with them to make them money, they will stick you. Now mind you, i had that same company run my reports back in december and they confirm to me that i had zero issues on my DAC report. In my opinion, unless the police got involved in an incident, things like that should not be used against drivers
