I can. Been watching it happen the last few months.

No new accounts that I've seen. A couple have gone away. One good one swift got a good chunk of it.

Some of the others that were good regular customers the base rate has gone down so much they're not worth hauling any more.

And that's the problem. The freight isn't keeping up with the new hires.

I heard today that an account we have is in jeopardy of being lost and it's a hi dollar account.

Also that's just Charlotte add in Green Bay and Phoenix and I'd bet 50 a week come on board.

That's not a new account they are just putting them on the IC board instead of company trucks to try and save that account. Been told we're on the verge of losing it.

    But who knows.

Operations Manager says they are going to start charging drivers $150 if they get caught holding on to a trailer when off duty for 2 or more days. Also we will start getting paid $25 to drop a trailer at one customer and pick up at another. That might be ok if they are a couple of miles apart, but not good if they are 30 miles out of route.

They already pay the $25. I still won't do it unless its en route.

That's the same thing they said Last year too.

25 dollars isn't worth the trailer move. Most customers are 30 minutes or better to do the cycle. Even dropping empties.

It's nice of them to TELL us IC choice drivers what we will get paid to do a forced trailer move.
