But they try by adding the trailer drops in workflow.
I don't move empties unless it's going to the shipper.Home_on_wheels, PoleCrusher and freightwipper Thank this. -
Why have you heard are we on the verge of losing it? -
TennMan and PoleCrusher Thank this.

While many drivers do care about doing their job well, we have incentives to provide excellent customer service. Things like keeping accounts and having SNI's freight base grow mean more.
Personally FW, I think you did the right thing, SNI really can be a PIA when it comes to liability issues.freightwipper Thanks this. -

I'm not going to screw around. As long as Schneider gives us good loads I'm going to have the intention to always do the right thing even if at the moment it'll cost me a little time/money. -
You just can't expect everyone to sit around waiting when other good loads are there.LifeSucksThenYouDie Thanks this. -
First day of orientation.
1. Arrive at 6:30 and do nothing for the first hour.
2. We listen to how much paperwork is screwed up while taking book test and getting physicals and drug tests done.
3. Look at our trucks and sign leases.
4. 15 minutes for lunch.
5. Shop foreman talked to us for about an hour.
6. Operations manager talked to us for about an hour.
7. Sign agreement with SNI.
8. Insurance video and sign insurance paperwork.
Over 13 hours, could have easily been done in 8. -
Get used to things taking twice as long as they should.
Its the Schneider way
